Before the appearance of Shri satam Maharaj in Danoli, there was an acute problem of the scarcity of water in Danoli. The only available well, known as Nagzari, was almost dry.

Shri Satam Maharaj, after his appearance in Danoli, realized the suffering of the people due to water shortage. Being intolerant of the suffering of the people, he went to Nagzari and stood there.

No sooner had he stood ther, than there was a non-stop flow of water in Nagzari, which is still flowing continuously and does not stop at any time of the day.

Thus Shri Satam Maharaj came to the rescue of Danoli out of love and compassion.

One day, Balu had prepared food sufficient for fifteen people, who had come to meet Shri Satam Maharaj. But gradually some more people had come to meet Shri Satam Maharaj and ultimately there were about a hundred odd people.

After the usual formalities, Shri Maharaj told Balu to serve the food to all those present. Balu was however at a loss to see the number of people to be served, which was about a hundred against the actual quantity of food available for serving, which was just sufficient for fifteen people.

Balu was, however, in no mood to bring this problem of insufficient food to the notice of Shri Maharaj. So, he simply praying for salvaging the difficult situation without any other solution, covered the utensil containing the food with the spare gown of Shri Maharaj before serving. When he started actual serving, to his surprise, he felt the utensil much heavier than before. Then, as he started serving with prayers within for help, he noticed that the food was not getting over at all. In fact, there was some quantity of food left over after serving all the people.

Just around the time of the nearing the end of life of Shri Satam Maharaj, He had totally stopped eating food. The devotees were worried, forcing them to fetch for a doctor to examine Shri Maharaj�s condition of health. When the doctor, arrived and checked the pulse, he found that the pulse had stopped, which virtually meant death.

Seeing this strange phenomena of the stoppage of pulse and still the living of Shri Maharaj was an unbelievable miracle for the doctor, who left the site, remarking that he was very fortunate in having the darshan of this great holy saint.

After few days of this incidence, another doctor was called, when Shri Satam Maharaj was virtually motionless. The doctor examining him, declared him as dead. But after this declaration, Shri Maharaj was seen opening his eyes. The doctor was totally at a loss to see the actual situation of declaration of death medically and still opening of eyes. And to everybody�s including doctor�s bewilderment, it happened twice in succession, before Shri Maharaj actually left the body on his own.

Shri Mahadeo Shastri Joshi was a devotee of Shri Satam Maharaj. One day he went to Shri Satam Maharaj, with his small son, who was deaf and dumb from his birth.

When Joshi reached the place, Shri Satam Maharaj was with his other devotees, singing bhajans. Joshi put his son on the feet of Shri Maharaj and with his eyes filled with tears told Shri Maharaj. About his son�s condition. Shri Maharaj immediately started singing and dancing and to everybody�s surprise Joshi�s son also started singing and dancing Shri Joshi was so overwhelmed with joy that he simply bowed down oon the feet of Shri Maharaj, shedding tears of joy.

Shri Gajanan Waingankar was an ardent devotee of Shri Maharaj, so much so that very often Shri Maharaj used to visit Gajanan�s house. During pregnancy of Gajanan�s wife, she was down with an ailment and which was not getting cured, despite various medical treatments.

However, though Gajanan was an ardent devotee of Shri Maharaj, he never ventured to talk to Shri Maharaj, about his wife�s ailment, even after lot of persuation from his well wishers. He simply used to ignore their persuation by saying that Shri Maharaj knew everything and that there was no need to bring this ailment to His notice.

But somehow, his well wishers , could not keep quiet about the ailment and out of eagerness, they themselves drew the attention of Shri Maharaj towards the ailment during thieir visit to Danoli.

Shri Maharaj, listening to the problem, tod Gajanan�s friends that he had already cured Gajanan�s wife and that He himself would go to Gajanan�s house the next day.

The next day, after reaching Gajanan�shouse, Shri Maharaj told the people around there to bring a glass filled with beer and he then emptied the glass in Gajanan�s wife�s mouth uttering that this was the only medicine to cure her.

The people around there was all bewildered at this incidence. However, Gajanan�s wife got completely cured of the ailment.
